The Andrew Bynum Workout. Not exactly the Dwight Howard workout.  

*Not sure if I trust Dr. Sean Zarzana’s training. Drew seems like he’s been operating at about the same speed and strength for the past few seasons.  Yes, he’s had knee injuries just about every season but, hey doc, how about more agility exercises?  Get this kid light on his feet!
